Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and authentication

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass authentication controls.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is paid-only. Subscription fees, billing intervals, renewals, cancellations, and refunds (if any) are managed through Stripe. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use.
• No attempts to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
• No reverse engineering or scraping where prohibited by law.
• No use that violates third-party terms (e.g. GitHub terms) when connecting integrations.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Calypso a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g. GitHub, Stripe). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, and Calypso is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Security

Please report vulnerabilities responsibly. See Security.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Calypso disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calypso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law.
